Doctors’ Health Services Pty Ltd (ABN 24 606 610 440) (DrHS) was formed in April 2015 to establish the first national health program for doctors and medical students in Australia.
DrHS is a subsidiary company of the Australian Medical Association Limited (ABN 37 008 426 793) (AMA) and is funded by the Medical Board of Australia. DrHS coordinates the delivery of health advisory and referral services to doctors and medical students by providers covering every state and territory.
DrHS has contracted ModMed Limited (ABN 48 160 964 812) (ModMed) to host education and training content for doctors (Courses).
The Courses are available from training.drs4drs.com.au (Learning Platform). The Learning Platform is accessed via the internet. You are responsible for arranging access to the internet at your own cost.
Your use of the Learning Platform and the material available on and through the Learning Platform is subject to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Learning Platform and any course material.
DrHS may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
To become a registered user, you must provide a password and a login name. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your login name.
You may change your password at any time by using the 'Forgotten your username or password' link when logged out.
You may change your login name or the services attached to your registration by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must immediately notify ModMed of any unauthorised use of your login name or any other breach of security known to you by emailing: email@example.com.
In order to access the courses, you will be required to provide some personal information.
All material made available on or through the Learning Platform (for example, including text, images, graphics, videos, audio clips and other copyright materials, trademarks, designs and any other intellectual property rights) are proprietary to DrHS or third-party providers.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions and any terms applicable to third party content, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use and access the Courses for personal, non-commercial use.
You must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material available on or through the Learning Platform.
ModMed and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Learning Platform and the associated user documentation.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use and access the Learning Platform in order to undertake the Courses.

DrHS does not warrant or have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any third party services and materials or third party websites or for any other materials, products, or services of third party providers.
The Learning Platform and the Courses are provided "as is". DrHS does not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrHS does not make any warranties, express or implied, concerning the Learning Platform or the Courses, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law:
Any liability imposed by the Australian Consumer Law on DrHS or the AMA group will be limited to, at DrHS’s option, either resupply of the services or the cost of the resupply of the services.
Subject to any additional terms applicable to third party content, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and DrHS for use of the Learning Platform and the Courses.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid that part will be severed and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Termination of these Terms and Conditions will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.
